The Practice
Trial Group North formed from the merger of Thibodeau, Johnson and Feriancek, PLLP and the Reyelts Law Firm, two extraordinary civil trial firms. Our attorneys have tried hundreds of jury trials and have over 150 years of combined litigation experience. Our practice is dedicated to providing intelligent and aggressive advocacy to meet our clients' needs in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota.
Trial Group North handles the full spectrum of civil litigation including workers compensation, asbestos, business, liquor liability, professional negligence, complex products liability and employment claims. We regularly defend Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of civil actions. Our firm tries complex cases involving asbestos, multi-party product liability and corporate liability claims. Our extensive trial experience gives our attorneys a complete understanding of court rules and jury psychology.
We defend claims including motor vehicles, premises liability, construction defects, property damage, work place injuries, toxic torts and catastrophic injury. Our attorneys practice throughout the States of Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin, in all state and federal courts. We have served as national coordinating counsel for claims against an insulation contractor and served as liaison counsel in an environmental suit involving over 300 parties. We also do a select number of plaintiffs' cases involving significant injuries.
